Vi har samarbejdet med B\u00f6ll-Tec i mange \u00e5r og st\u00f8ttet virksomhedens egne projekter med vores outsourcing-tjenester.<br\/>B\u00f6ll-Tec er specialiseret i automatisering og konstruktion af specialmaskiner:<br\/>Malemaskiner \u2022 Rullebel\u00e6gning \u2022 UV-t\u00f8rrere \u2022 Robotter.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Projektet blev gennemf\u00f8rt for virksomheden <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fredahlrydens.se\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.fredahlrydens.se\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\"><strong>Fredahl Ryd\u00e9ns<\/strong><\/mark><\/a>. Vores opgave var at fremstille en transportb\u00e5ndslinje til automatisering af maleprocessen. Transportlinjen blev integreret med en malestation fremstillet af B\u00f6ll-Tec.<br\/>Gipo udviklede B\u00f6ll-Tec-projektet, fremstillede og leverede det sammen med FAT, monteringsservice og operat\u00f8rtr\u00e6ning.  <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Serien omfatter:<\/h4>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>B\u00e5ndtransport\u00f8rer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rulletransport\u00f8rer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transportb\u00e5nd p\u00e5 automatisk vogn<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drejebord p\u00e5 et k\u00e6detransportb\u00e5nd<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Robotskinne<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>K\u00e6detransport\u00f8rer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hegn med l\u00e5sbare d\u00f8re<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lydd\u00e6mpningssystem til togvognsomr\u00e5det<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lydd\u00e6mpningssystem til og fra robotomr\u00e5det<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kontrolskabe med HMI-paneler<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vi leverer skr\u00e6ddersyede interne logistikl\u00f8sninger til fabrikker og lagre, som alle er udviklet med henblik p\u00e5 at im\u00f8dekomme vores kunders unikke behov.
