ROBOT WELDING<\/strong>
We use Migatronic welding machines coupled with Fanuc robots. We weld structural steel \u2013 MAG method
(135) and stainless steel and aluminum \u2013 MIG method ( 131)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

MANUAL WELDING<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We use Migatronic and Kempii welding machines for manual welding. We have 9 welding stations equipped with instrumented welding tables. We weld structural steel \u2013 MAG method (135) and TIG ( 141). Stainless steel and aluminum \u2013 MIG ( 131 ) and TIG ( 141 ) method. All welding processes are carried out on the basis of qualified welding technologies (WPQR) in accordance with PN-EN ISO 15614-1. The manual welding station is equipped with a BEAR welding positioner. The positioner allows safe lifting, rotation and tilting to the optimum position of parts to be welded or assembled weighing up to 2000kg
Gipo welding personnel are qualified in the full range of welding work performed in accordance with PN-EN ISO 9606-1. Each process is carried out at Gipo headquarters, so we have full supervision of all processes, this shortens the time of project implementation and allows us to offer competitive prices.
