We have been working with B\u00f6ll-Tec for many years, supporting the company\u2019s proprietary projects with our outsourcing services.<br>B\u00f6ll-Tec specializes in automation and construction of special machines:<br>Painting Machines \u2022 Roller Coating \u2022 UV Driers \u2022 Robots. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The project was implemented for the company <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fredahlrydens.se\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.fredahlrydens.se\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\"><strong>Fredahl Ryd\u00e9ns<\/strong><\/mark><\/a>. Our task was to make a conveyor line to automate the painting process. The transport line was integrated with a painting station made by B\u00f6ll-Tec.<br>Gipo developed the B\u00f6ll-Tec project, manufactured, delivered with FAT, assembly service and operator training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The line includes:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Belt conveyors<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Roller conveyors<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conveyor on automatic cart<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rotary table on a chain conveyors<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Robot rail<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Chain conveyors<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fence with secured doors<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Muting system to the railcar area<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Muting system to and from the robot area<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Control cabinets with HMI panels<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We provide tailored internal logistics solutions for factories and warehouses, each designed to meet the unique needs of our customers.
