Internship Programs at Gipo – Shaping Future Specialists

On April 11, 2025, students from Bolesław Chrobry School No. 10 the Mechanical Technical School, successfully completed their internships at Gipo. The internships took place in the CNC, assembly, and paint departments.
The interns demonstrated not only great enthusiasm, but also a strong willingness to cooperate and eagerness to learn. We are truly grateful for their dedication. Such cooperation brings real educational and social benefits.

When theory meets practice, the best professionals are born.

In today’s world, with the growing demand for qualified technical workers, internship systems play a crucial role. This is especially evident in the metalworking industry, where precision, hands-on experience, and technical skills are essential.
Well-organized internships in industrial settings have become not only an educational component, but also a bridge connecting young people with the labor market.

Why are internships so important?

Vocational and technical schools provide a solid theoretical foundation, but it is within a production environment that young learners see how knowledge translates into real-world applications.
They gain experience operating modern CNC machines, learn safety protocols, and discover what it’s like to work as part of a team.

Benefits for students:

  • Direct exposure to technology – operating machines, learning various machining techniques, interpreting technical drawings, and understanding the complexity of the production process.
  • Developing soft skills – punctuality, responsibility, teamwork, and interdepartmental communication.
  • Employment opportunities – at Gipo, we are always eager to hire former interns after graduation.

A mutual investment

Vocational internship systems represent a tremendous opportunity – for both young people and Gipo itself. Through these programs, textbook knowledge becomes real, and students not only gain valuable skills but also build confidence.
At Gipo, we actively invest in such initiatives – not only to strengthen our future workforce, but also to support the development of local communities and vocational education.

We do our utmost to support young people by sharing our specialist knowledge. The students who join us are highly engaged and motivated. This exchange of experience and willingness to learn is beneficial for both sides.
