You will be responsible for:
- ensuring timely, qualitative and quantitative implementation of production plans (welding shop/grinding shop)
- managing, motivating and organising the work of the subordinate team
- organising workstations in terms of the availability of materials (basic and additional welding materials) in order to maintain the continuity of the production process
- supervising the guidelines of the Workstation Inspection
- close cooperation with the Quality Manager and Welding Supervision
- initiating activities to improve production processes – implementing solutions aimed at optimising processes in terms of efficiency, quality and safety
- close cooperation with the Production Manager and other departments
Requirements:
- experience in a similar position in a production plant with a similar production profile
- experience in team management in a manufacturing company
- knowledge of welding processes
- knowledge of technical drawing
- willingness to work in a 2-shift system
- focus on achieving set goals and tasks and a sense of responsibility
- independence and initiative in action
