We have experience in providing automation solutions for the recycling and reuse industry. The presented project was implemented for Dans Return System. Our client supports the Danish deposit system and provides recycling of single-use beverage containers made of plastic, aluminum and glass.
The line is fully automated. Pallet containers are transported with materials to be recycled. The containers are automatically emptied and transported to an automatic washing machine. Once the cleaning process is complete, the containers are transported in a pile outside the cleaning area. Our task was to design the solution, manufacture, deliver and install.
