The automatic pallet nesting and reverse nesting line accepts braided stacks of 25 pieces or single unbraided stacks of 17 pieces per stack.

• Nested pallets, up to 25 pieces, are fed directly to the transport line in a pallet magazin. Subsequently, the destacker releases pairs of pallets, which are then linked, rotated, and individually transported to the pallet magazine where they are stacked one by one in a stack of 17 pieces.
• Stacked pallets, up to 17 pieces, are dispensed from the destacker one at a time. The system links and rotates one of the pallets, which, on the opposite side, is placed on top of the next released pallet. After that the air of nested pallets are stacked on the pallet magazin. Subsequently, the nested pallets are stacked onto the pallet magazine.

The pallet nesting and reverse nesting line can reach a capacity of up to 400 pallets per hour.
