Transport line for painting coffins

Our latest realization in Sweden was based on project by our customer Böll-Tec. We have been working with Böll-Tec for many years, supporting the company’s proprietary projects with our outsourcing services.
Böll-Tec specializes in automation and construction of special machines:
Painting Machines • Roller Coating • UV Driers • Robots.

The project was implemented for the company Fredahl Rydéns. Our task was to make a conveyor line to automate the painting process. The transport line was integrated with a painting station made by Böll-Tec.
Gipo developed the Böll-Tec project, manufactured, delivered with FAT, assembly service and operator training.

The line includes:

• Belt conveyors
• Roller conveyors
• Conveyor on automatic cart
• Rotary table on a chain conveyors
• Robot rail
• Chain conveyors
• Fence with secured doors
• Muting system to the railcar area
• Muting system to and from the robot area
• Control cabinets with HMI panels
